Orders and payment: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in US Dollars and may change without prior notice, though confirmed orders keep the price shown at checkout. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.

Shipping: Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by destination and carrier. The Raven's Desk is not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers, but will assist in tracking lost shipments.

Returns and refunds: Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. This applies to items purchased from the reference images on the website. Any items that went through a personal design process should have been approved before shipment. We understand things happen, and we will work with each customer individually to correct or restore any issues. Custom designs, once paid for, will be worked or reworked to meet the customer's satisfaction. If a design process has been completed and approval has been given by the customer, refunds are no longer available except in cases of severe damage during shipping. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–4 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank may vary in how long it takes to process the refund into your account.
