Return Policy

The Raven's Desk is a family-run business creating custom orders with care. We strive for excellence, but accidents or miscommunication can sometimes make an order not quite right. We want returns to be as easy as possible.

We offer a standard 14-day return policy. Because each order is custom-made, we expect very few returns.

We are not responsible for what happens through the post office. However, we are ready to replace items when possible. If replacement is not possible, we may provide a refund for the product.

Because of the custom nature of our work, many customers receive hands-on design guidance and approve their projects before production. If a project was approved and signed off, a refund may not always be available. Please tell us before finalizing the purchase if a design is not correct.

For website orders, you will receive a digital example for review before the purchase is final. Even if payment has been processed, the order remains pending until final sign-off. Refunds are available before production and shipment begin.

We will do our best to make sure each customer receives the product they requested, in the way they requested it.
