Shipping Policy

The Raven's Desk creates custom laser-cut designs and personalized gifts with care. Because each order is unique, production times may vary depending on the project and the level of customization required.

Before production begins, customers receive a digital design example for review and approval. Production and shipping begin after final approval.

We will package each order carefully and ship it to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address.

Once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by the postal carrier. The Raven's Desk is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. If an item is damaged or lost in shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to replace the item when possible. If a replacement cannot be made, a refund for the product may be considered.
