Service Description
An intensive session focused on your major upcoming event, including an introductory consultation and an additional 30 minutes to deep-dive into your specific goals for custom wood, leather, or acrylic products. We recommend looking into our 3 session package if you need more design work as we go. Our goal is to make sure that at the appointed time of delivery or the event proceeds, everything has been signed off on and approved.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation for staff and availability. We understand there can be emergencies and would love to reschedule when possible. Any service that is a paid for service, we require rescheduling unless there is a communicated decision to stop a project and end a job. This can be for many reasons and we are open to any information to clarify and help work through any cancelations or changes. Thank you.
